What can I train with a rowing machine?

A rowing machine is the ideal full body trainer and it enjoys immense popularity due to this fact. It trains about 90% of the entire muscular system. In particular, the leg and back muscles are strengthened. Especially in Germany every 3rd inhabitant suffers from partly chronic back problems. In addition, from the point of view of things, there is no better endurance/strength equipment. The strengthening of the cardiovascular system and a high degree of weight reduction complement rowing.
